We collect as little as we can to get dinner to you.

What we keep

• Your email address, so we can send receipts and updates, and so you can sign in if you want to.
• Your name and mobile number if you give them, so the driver can label your bag and reach you on the night.
• Your orders, including what you ordered, any notes, and payment status.
• If you turn on notifications, a technical address your browser gives us for sending them.

What we don't keep

Your card details go directly to Stripe, our payment provider, and never reach our server. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our cookies only keep you signed in and remember orders placed on this device.

Signing in with krambach.au

If you're signed in to krambach.au, it tells us your name and email address so you're signed in here too. We don't receive your krambach.au password or anything else from that site.

Who sees it

• The restaurant sees the name on your bag, your order and any notes.
• The driver sees the name on your bag, your order and your mobile number.
• The organisers can see orders and accounts to run the service and help with problems.
• Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Emails are sent through our email provider.

We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Your choices

You can change notification settings, update your details, or delete your account from the Account page. Records of past payments are kept without your personal details, since we need them for accounting.
